About the Agency
Built by an SEO practitioner,
run like one.
SEO is Marathon is not a full-service agency. It's a boutique practice run by Parth Suba, focused exclusively on SEO for brands that want long-term compounding returns, not short-term traffic spikes.

Parth Suba
Chief SEO Consultant & Founder
I've been working in SEO for 10+ years. In that time I've worked with brands at InVideo, Semrush, Boringmarketing, RankUno, and others, covering everything from technical audits to enterprise content strategy.
I joined #SEOTalk in 2016, India's oldest SEO community, founded in 2012. I started as co-host and have since become co-founder, leading the community. It's still going. That tells you something about my relationship with the long game.
I work with a small number of clients at any given time, so I can stay close to the work instead of delegating it away.
Philosophy
Why "Marathon"?
SEO is not a sprint
Most clients come in expecting 90-day miracles. The brands that win in organic search are the ones who make consistent investments over 12-24 months and build assets, not just rankings.
Data over opinions
Every recommendation I make is tied to a data source: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, BigQuery, or CrUX. If I can't point to a number, I'll say so before I recommend it.
Process is the product
The workflow I use is documented, repeatable, and tracked in GitHub. That means you can see every deliverable, every decision, and every change — not just the final output.
AI as leverage, not replacement
I use Claude Code, BigQuery pipelines, and Ahrefs/Semrush APIs to do in hours what used to take weeks. But every recommendation is reviewed and judged by a human who understands the context.
